Personally, I loved all the self-reflection that we saw from many of the characters in this episode. A lot of the relationships between characters changed in interesting ways, some for the better and some for the worst.
I'd have to say that more than any other character on the show, Mariana is probably the character that has grown the most since the pilot. This week Mariana was being harassed at school by Chase because of the incident that happened (or should I say didn't happen ha) between them last week. Mariana knew her reputation was suffering but it isn't until she wins the friendship she has with Zac back that she begins to feel like her reputation will be okay. Anyone else love how Zac trashed Chase's performance in the school newspaper? It was so cute.
Jesus as a character has grown quite a bit since the pilot as well. As we saw this week, Jesus and Emma can't contain the feelings they have for one another and he's come to the realization that he has to break up with Lexi. Am I the only one that thinks that he shouldn't have told Lexi that he would wait for her then? I guess the only question we have left to ask ourselves is would you rather Jesus be with Lexi or Emma?
