Cierra Ramirez attended the Latina 'Hot List' Party hosted by Media Ventures at The London West Hollywood on October 6th, 2015 in West Hollywood, California. Cierra looked as stunning as ever wearing a 'House of CB' dress and her makeup was done by Sonia @sonialeeartistry. She attended the event with her boyfriend, Jeff.
